Player Registration
Player registration for the 2023 HT Youth Flag Football Season is now CLOSED. In the future, please go to www.htaasports.org to register. Registration closes by the end of February each year. As an affiliate of NFL Youth Programs, participation in the HTAA Flag Football program requires each participating player to acknowledge acceptance of the terms and conditions required by the NFL. In addition, each participating player must complete a Haddon Township Athletic Association Medical Release form. Each form is available by clicking on the links below:

Parents/Guardians MUST print and complete each form prior to their child’s participation in the program. The forms can be returned via scan/e-mail to: [email protected] or give to their coach on Opening Day.
Note: If registering more than one child for any spring sport, enter the first child’s registration information and then, before “check out”, look for and click on the “Add Sibling” button. This will bring you back to the beginning so you can enter your next child’s registration information. This should also be used if you are registering the same child for two different spring sports.
Please complete the NFL registration as well as both the waivers as they are required to participant in this program. Finally, please select the appropriate grade level for your child to begin the registration process.
